How add secondary drop down choices based on answer

I am trying to add drop down options for some of the text answers in my
table. For instance with the following question, "Initially, was the
appropriate number of air movers used?" Answer Options = YES or NO. When No
is answered, I would like drop down option choices: (1)Not enough or (2)
Too Many. How do I set this up? Could you give me the step by step?

The concept you're speaking of is called "cascading combo boxes." IFyou
google that or search in any Access forum you'll get a gazillion hits! Here's
