I am trying to insert a button that will prompt the veiwer to select another
answer on the slide. I have been able to use control buttons to continue to
next slide if correct answer is selected but not to display a dialog box
requiring another selection. What is the process for creating the ActiveX
properties for the button?

Create a wrong answer slide as the last slide, set it to be hidden (Slide
Show, Hide Slide) and hyperlink wrong answers to it. On the wrong answer
slide add an object that hyperlinks to Last Slide Viewed.

This creates one slide for all wrong answers that will not display unless
specifically jumped to from a hyperlink and gives them a way to get back to
the slide they came from.

Check out the bottom download (Review Question sample file) at:

You will need to make sure your macro security is set to MEDIUM (Tools,
Macro, Security) before opening it up. You will also need to click "Enable
macros" when it opens.
