How 2 Create Letterhead Stationery

I'd like to create a stationery that, when opened, will have a
letterhead-like heading with my name, address, etc.

I tried to use signature, but that puts the text at the bottom of the letter.

Thanks in advance for steps to accomplish this, if possible.
