stationery combined with signature

I have created custom stationery and a separate signature. The stationery is
a company logo that I want displayed like a letterhead. When I use the
stationery and signature together, the signature always displays above my
logo, but I would like the logo to come first. Since these two items are
separate htm pages that are being added together, I don't know how to switch
the two.

I'd edit the stationery to include the signature, placed just where I want
it to appear.
