Hover Selection

I'm not sure what to call it so I can't really look it up in Front Page but,
I want the cursor to hover over a particular point and have a list of names
appear and be able to click on a name and have it link to a certain page.
How do I go about it?

A menu like you're referring to can be done using CSS, layers, DHTML, etc.
I'm guessing, and please forgive me if I'm wrong, that you're new to this. If
this is the case, look at
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/index.html for some useful scripts
that you can copy and paste into your pages.

They'll get you up and running, and give you something to pick apart and
learn from.
