Hover buttons

I have placed a page at http://jaw.infopop.cc/jawclanr.htm
Some people cannot see the hover buttons or click links
to them. Can anyone yell me what I might have done wrong.
Or can I steer these that cannot see in the right
direction?

Hover buttons require Java Virtual Machine which can be
downloaded from http://java.sun.com
However, most people have quit using Hover Buttons
because windows XP / IE6 do not come with JVM installed.
