Is it true that Hotmail now no longer works with Outlook Express or Outlook?
What was the decision for that?

Also - Since I have not been able to use Hotmail through Outlook Express, I
find Hotmail soooooo slow when using a Web Browser - It was never this slow
before....
Is anyone else experiencing the same problems.

The reasons are documented in various places. The main reason was to cut
down on SPAM traffic using Hotmail.

Also - Since I have not been able to use Hotmail through Outlook

Works OK by web as far as I'm concerned.
