When I type in my logon name and password, it gives me this "Page cannot be
displayed. I tried to log on with a new logon name and password and it still
does the same thing. I tried to use google search engine and it also gives me
the same reading. What is causing this.

Hi,

Have you tried clearing Temporary Internet Files? Click tools/internet
options, and on the general tab click the button to "delete files".
