hotmail problem

hello,

I cannot login to y hotmail account anymore.
I tried options like sceret question-answer, or alternate email.
Then I emailed to ms and they asked other questions to approve that i owe
the account.
I provided many details but I am told that the details I gave was not
enough.

Now,

Ok I dont mind that my account is now gone and I cannot acess to it anymore.
But other third parties can use my account to send stupid emails to people
in my contact list.
therefore I wold like my account to be closed.

Is there a way to request the cancellation of my account?
What can i do now?

or after how many days my account will be closed if it will not be used by
anybody else?
