Hotmail & Outlook Express

I need to know how to decrease Hotmail email space by
saving emails either to another program(Outlook Express)
or to my hard drive yet allowing me to retrieve those
messages when needed. Can you help by explaining how to a
novice?

Drag and drop the messages out of Hotmail into the Local Folders of OE

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
