Hotmail Never Receives SendMail & CDO Messages

When I email from exchange (using owa, outlook or smtp) to Hotmail... email
is delivered.. however using ASP or ASP.NET when I email to Hotmail... the
email queues show a delivery status... but the message is never delivered or
displayed in Hotmail.. this error only occurs in Hotmail... I have attempted
cdonts.message delivery (successfully) to arcot.com, surehosting.com,
sbcsbcglobal.net,tds.net, etc... only hotmail.com doesn't receive messages
when using ASP.net or CDONTS.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you have your hotmail account setup so it deletes all e-mail that
didn't come from someone in your address book. Also, it might help posting
the actual message here (stop SMTP service and copy the file created).
