Hotmail ( nasty ex wife )

How can i permanantly delete a hotmail address. The ex wife has guessed my
hotmail secret question logged in changed everything and is now sending
REALLY UNPLEASENT e-mails on my behalf. (nice eh !). The secret question
before was 1 that she knew i.e first dog and shes changed this to ( well
lets be honest she could have put anything ) So now that she's decided to
turn into an even bigger arsehole than she alrerady was, what the hell can i
do ? . Please help. I know this must sound funny but it's really quite
annoying.
