Hotmail Inbox in Outlook Issue

I am using Windows XP Professional (SP2) with Office 2002. I have a
Hotmail account that I access thru Outlook. For the last few days, I
have been unable to access my Hotmail Inbox. When I click on the Icon,
instead of opening my Inbox, Outlook is trying to send me to:
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/o...2l111l116l109l97l105l108&f1=73l110l98l111l120
which just displays in Outlook as a blank page.

Does anyone know of a solution to this issue?

If it has been working and stopped without you making changes, then it's
possible the MSN servers are having issues. It's not unknown or, in fact,
all that rare.
