Hotmail in Outlook Express 6

I have just added my Hotmail account into OE6 so that I can retrieve/send my
Hotmail emails using Outlook Express.
But I almost always gets prompted to enter my password for the Hotmail
server, even though "Remember Password" box is ticked.
Can anyone please help.

Recheck your saved password in
Tools>Accounts>[email protected]>Properties>Server and make sure there is a
tic in the Remember Password box. Mine works flawless like this.

I had this problem as well (except it was in Outlook, not OE). Due to
various problems, I reinstalled Win2K (I wasn't running XP) on top of itself
(so it left my data and apps alone), and everything cleared up just fine.
Probably not the answer you were looking for, but it's what I did.
