hotmail attachment

Need a lot more info - you can't send them? receive them? What exactly
happens when you try?

In any case, you might want to check with hotmail's help pages, as this is a
Windows 2000 group.
 
From a web browser, or through Outlook Express? Do you have a firewall or
proxy server in the way blocknig you attachments?
