Hotmail and Outlool 2002

Why is it I can no longer read Hotmail e-mail in Outlook? I was rolling along
just fine then today all I can get is a blank screen and icons in the Outlook
shortcut bar that show unread mail in the Hotmail inbox and the junk mail
box. If I log on to Hotmail I can read the items but not in Outlook any more.
What gives?

Hotmail changed the rules. Only people who have paid Hotmail accounts
can use Outlook to read them now.
