Hotkey - Right Click on Cell Menu

I am a heavy user of hotkeys. I find it slower to have to take my han
off of the keyboard to use the mouse.

When in a cell If you right click it brings up a dialog box (?) tha
has some options in it such as Cut, Copy, Paste, Insert, Delete etc...

Is there a hotkey to bring up this box? I can't seem to find what thi
box is called.

If you have a newer (post 1995???) keyboard, there's a "property" key on it.

Mine is on the right hand side of the spacebar.
alt-key, flying windows key, properties key, ctrl-key

FYI, Shift F10brings up the menu.

For those of us that are non-conformists and like the old keyboards...
