Hotkey keyboard error on shutdown

I updated to SP2 and now when shutting down I get a Hotkey Keyboard error
message:

Access violation at address 00433396
Read of FFFF9F3F14

Any way to correct this? Everything seems to work but I would prefer to not
see this every time I shutdown...

Thanks.

See if there are updated drivers for your Keyboard on the OEM's website.
I think the Hotkeys are Compaq or HP, yes? If so, look on their support
site for your particular machine.

I am not technically inclined. Please provide me with very simplified,
detailed information on how to fix this problem. It is making me crazy. In
other words, I need a step by step instruction on how to get rid of this
problem. Sorry. I can follow instructions but haven't got a clue what to
look for in terms of drivers or anything similar. I need to know the exact
location where I am getting any driver, and which one it is in order to do
it. I can do it...I just need very plain instructions on how to do it, and
where to get the fix. Thanks. Very much appreciated.
