Hotfix request for issue described in Article ID: 812935

I have a customer with a Win XP SP1 installation, using IE 6.0.2800.1106, and
wininet.dll version 6.0.2800.1400, experiencing exactly the symptoms
described in Q812935. User has no control over the server involved and so
cannot change the header (https://online.gascard.net/). User has unchecked
the box in Internet options for Do Not Save Encrypted Files, but files will
still not open directly from the server.

Can I obtain the hotfix?

Check in at Windows Update to install any available Critical Updates,

You have a version of wininet.dll which supersedes the version
provided by the hotfix. Try using the equivalent RTMQFE version
from the latest cumulative security patch first.

Good luck
