Hotfix for file encryption

Because microsoft are not to clever, could someone give me
a link to the hotfix described in this article?

We have an msdn licence, so dont qualify for the support
options there are. I only want a file they wont put up for
some weird unknown reason.

You need to call Microsoft - they shouldn't charge you for the call. I don't
think the fact that you're using an MSDN copy will make a difference (altho'
note that you are not permitted to use an MSDN copy in a production
environment).
