Hotfix for Access 2003

Where do I get the hotfix for Access 2003 without having
to pay for support?

AFAIK, while you do have to phone to get it, you don't have to pay for it.
It's typical that they ask you for a credit card number before anything
else, but once they find out why you're calling, there shouldn't be a
charge.

However, don't quote me on that: best ask them when you call.

I read somewhere, somewhere that now part of the telephone voice stuff
is that US support now prompts you to press a key for a hotfix.
Hopefully this is now easier for folks to navigate and get their
hotfix.
