AFAIK, while you do have to phone to get it, you don't have to pay for it.
It's typical that they ask you for a credit card number before anything
else, but once they find out why you're calling, there shouldn't be a
charge.

I read somewhere, somewhere that now part of the telephone voice stuff
is that US support now prompts you to press a key for a hotfix.
Hopefully this is now easier for folks to navigate and get their
hotfix.
