Hotfix for 321936

I need this hotfix and I can't get it anywhere on MS site
without paying for support!! What's up with that! Does
anyone have this fix and/or what is the best way to get
these fixes in the future(does a subsciption to TechNet
include these?).

In the article it clearly states that Hotfixes are free and you just call MS
and tell the Cusotmer Service people your looking for a hotfix and mention
the KB number and they'll send it to you....no charge.

Not trying to be anal about this BUT as far as I can tell it does not say
that the hotifx is free! I tired the online support which the only options
were to pay for support. So to me it seems that the only option was to pay
for a support ticket.

I will call though, but being able to down right from the web is much more
convenient.

That's just to keep the pikers away, or to keep their message shorter, or
they forgot to mention it, or something.

I will call though, but being able to down right from the web is much more
convenient.

This kind of fix is one you don't want most people applying.
