Hot Synch Manager crashes after upgrade to 2003

I recently updated to Outlook 2003 and have a strange problem. I can
synch my Palm Tungsten E to my Outlook using HotSynch Manager with no
problem, but once the synch is complete HotSynch Manager crashes. I
have to restart it and it will work to synch again, but again, when it
is done it crashes.

This was not a problem with Outlook 2000. Any ideas on how to fix
this?
 
Make sure you are running the latest version of Hotsync
