Hot Spot, Thumbnail, Hover Button. . .

I am developing a web page that shows historic landmarks on a county map.
I've already created hotspots on the map with hyperlinks to individual pages
describing the historic landmarks. However, I would also like to have a
thumbnail image appear on the map page when the mouse hovers over the hotspot
and disappears whenever the mouse leaves the hotspot area. Is this possible?
What FrontPage function should I use to accomplish this?

If you're using FrontPage 2003, look into layers and behaviors.
