Hot Fix removal

I have to remove the SP4 hot fixes in order to install
another program. When I go to the control panel and
select the hot fix and request it's removal, the computer
reboots to end the process. However it continues to load
windows, then reboot again and agian. What do I do to
repair this problem?

Don't remove the ms03-039 824146 hotfix. If you did that, you're blasted
now. Try to boot in safe mode and reinstall this patch. What stupid program
requires you to remove hotfixes?
