Hosts file

My Hosts file contains, in addition to, 127.0.0.1 the following:
102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
Are these spyware or malware?
Thanks for any clarification.

Those are commented out by the # at the beginning of the
line and are EXAMPLES . . . if a line starts with # it is
NOT executed . . .

The only valid line in a new / clean HOSTS file is:
127.0.0.1 localhost

Those are examples. Note where it says: For Example:
Anything that starts with the # symbol does not get used by the hosts file.
