It's been asked before, and while I don't know the official answer, you
should know that Beta 1 doesn't have a go-live license so I doubt any hosts
are offering it up. Beta 2 will have a go-live license (meaning you are
allowed to go into production with code written in 2.0) so I imagine you'll
see a lot more experimental hosts at that point.
