Host Resource MIB support (RFC 2790)

Some parameters in RFC 2790 are defined as read-write, for example:
hrSystemDate
hrSystemInitialLoadDevice
hrSystemInitialLoadParameters
hrStorageSize

When we try to "set" these parameters through the Native SNMP Agent using a
AdventNet MIB browser, the set fails. Does Windows SNMP Agent not support SET
operation on these parameters? If not, is there some particular reason?
