Host in the black list

ok I get the why but what I need to know is how do I remove the Registry
Cleaner and Advanced Optimizer and Systweak without my computer going cuckoo
(like not letting me see my email. not letting me call up a favorite website
etc generally doing anything) have they possessed my computer the bar at the
bottom of page showing it is connecting - just blinks yhr it will go back to
desktop eventually but does not allow me to connect
