Firefox does not manage your hosts file. Some security software you have
installed has added entries to the hosts files (if that is what you are
saying - your post is extremely difficult to follow).
Your second question makes no sense; please elaborate on what you mean.
The hosts file should never get deleted with no user action. If it is
being deleted (and how do you know this?), you should do some
virus/malware-scanning.
