Host.dll file

I am unable to access Internet Explorer (Windows Explorer
and My Computer are also inaccessible). Whenever I try to
access any of the above programs, I get the following
error message:

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module HOST.DLL at 0187:00efd5fd.

I checked the Host.DLL file and it is dated 5-22-03 which
is very odd since I'm using Windows 98 (SE).

I found (and removed) a program called "GlobalDialer"
which I suspect started this problem.

Does any one have any ideas?

MANY thanks.
