This error message has shown up a few times recently (syspe.dll) It sounds
like a malware issue.

Try these removal tools:
Ad-aware ... http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/ (about 1.5 MB)
Update before use.

Spybot S&D ... http://www.safer-networking.org/ (about 3.5 MB)
Update before use- remove items listed in red- others are optional.
