horozontal dropdown menus in frames

I have tried frames and don't like what I'm getting, so I've about decided to
go back to what I know a little about - tables.

Is there a dropdown menu that can be put in a table that will call the table
content from a data file?

I am trying to avoid manually changing every page if I need to change the menu
later.
http://avionclub.org/index.html This is a site I built a couple of years ago
with side menu, but if I need to update the menu on this site, it's one page
after the other - 50 pages or more.

Thanks for any advice.

Look into using the FP Include Page Component.

If you put the menu in an Include, you will only have to change it in one place. The Included content is 'called' from each page you put the include on.

....so you will have to included it initially on all 50 pages but then you only have to make changes in one place after that.

Thanks!! I am building a completely new site, so it will be included as I go.
This is real a good group to get information about programming. I had contacts
with programmers I use to work with and none of them were aware of a way to do
this in tables.
