"http://home.whazit.com" keeps setting itself to be my
homepage. Is there anyway to stop it. I've tried to
change the homepage in the Internet Options but it keeps
coming back. I'm running Windows 98se.

Any suggestions is much appreciated.

Most likely you got some adware or spyware installed.
Download a tool to clean your machine, check out CNET they
have a couple different free ones.
