homepage takeover

ok, visited the wrong sites i admit. now my homepage is something diff. i reset it, close the window, still the same. I ran cwshredder and it does not even help. any ideas on another tool or how i can get rid of it? the page comes up as about/blank in the address bar but the site is the typical search tool with various options.
any ideas?

FYI: CWShredder is designed as a preliminary tool to
