homepage reset to res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049

every time i logoff or reboot.

I cannot find this .dll on the MSFT site, so don't know
what it is doing. Also, if it is deleted, it gets created
again. I have tried antiVirus software and deleting all
temp and objects from IE6 ... to no avail.

Has anyone seen this problem ?
