home page

I am new at this and I went to edit my web page yesterday, I did all the
edits and and published. After publlishing my home page does not show up
anymore on the web. Everything else that I edited comes up but I can't get
the home page??
Please Help Me,

Check that your home page file name is the one required by your web host.
