Dear Sir, How do I restore the main page of my mail to show all of the
folders. i.e. inbox,outbox,sent items,drafts etc.At the moment all it shows
is my inbox.Please help. Kind Regards Paul Ryan.

Go to View, Layout, make sure "Folder List" is checked.

If no improvement, which antivirus are you running?
Some of them are not fully compatible with Windows Mail.
