Home Page Stuck at MSN.Com

Since a fresh format and reinstall, my homepage is stuck
at www.msn.com. I've tried all the spy stuff and
registry hacks listed at the Microsoft site. MSN is
stuck. Any suggestions on how to "unstick" MSN from my
homepage.

Have you updated Start Page entry in the registry? If nothing helps you can
block msn from downloading using Rich Explorer Bar:
http://www.softinterop.com/Home.aspx/Products

In fact, you can block any URL with that software
