Home page setup:Where is MSN?

Hello.I just want to kindly report that my home page was
www.msn.com and now when I open the Internet explorer it
goes directly to www.updatesearches.com and appears a
message that my computer is infected with spyware and I
have a choice to press ok or cancel.The point is that I
cannot see www.msn.com or hotmail and worst I cannot set
another home page because when i set another home page it
goes again to www.updatesearches.com
I bought a spyware program at www.antivirus-gold.com but
what about my home page as it is very annoying?Some help
please?
