First things first: you want to visit
microsoft.public.security because that is where you will
find detailed answers pertaining to your question.

Secondly, you seem to have spyware/malware on your
computer. Please visit
www.microsoft.com/mscorp/twc/privacy/spyware.mspx to
educate yourself on this.

Third, you can get free versions of Ad-aware and/or Spybot
Search & Destroy to help you get rid of the hijacker.
There's also HijackThis. To know what NOT to use to fight
the spyware, visit
