Home page change, and redirecting

Ok, well everytime i start ie, it takes me to res://shdocha.dll/blank.html
even if i change it, also when i try to go to google or yahoo, it says
google.com in the address bar, but it takes me to Host - Virtual Hosting
Control System even if i put http://www.google.com/ or google.com or
http://google.com or same way for yahoo. Please help

Download and install both:

Ad-Aware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Spybot - Search & Destroy by Patrick Kolla
http://security.kolla.de/

NOTE: After you install the above, click "Online" and get the latest
updates for the database. Update it regularly for new spy info.

Download and install the latest versions of Spybot,Search and
Destroy,CWShredder as well as Adaware.

Run all of them in Safe mode.
