home page being forced out

best-search.info keeps forcing it's way as my home page
every third attempt at starting I.E. Yahoo was my home
page but now I am forced to re-do every third time. Does
anyone have ideas how to get rid of best-search.info?

Download spybot Search and Destroy and/or Ad Aware. You have some spyware on
your Pc. These programs will clean it up!

downloaded search and destroy but it doesn't help
rebooting the computer still brings up the same problem
best-search was having.

Try finding the hosts files and delete all of them that
contains hosts within the file name.
Restart IE and then check.
