Home page and unwanted toolbar

For some reason, when I open IE it opens at a Home Page
that I don't want. I also have a new toolbar that I don't
want. The Home Page and toolbar are both from the same
website but it is one that I have never visited. I have
tried resetting my Home Page and deleting the toolbar but
the next time I open IE they are both there and my Home
Page keeps setting to the one I don't want. I have scanned
for viruses and my computer is clean. I've also checked
my Downloaded Program Files and Temporary Internet Files
for anything that shouldn't be there. Any suggestions for
sorting this out will be very welcome.
