Every time I restart my computer my homepage and search
bar change. I have done what Windows support told me to do
and yet here I am. I have also tried to uninstall IE6 but
in causes and error. What in the would is going on?

Eliminate any scumware.

Hey try spyware remover-- adware/spybot.. also get mcafee antivirus, probaly got a hidden window virus, or some sort.
