home page address resets upon start of system to hijacked address

when i start up my sys (operating sys : windows xp pro )
the homepage address is reset from my dsl homepage to
mysearch.? any and all attempts to reset to the correct
dsl address fails have tried clean boot, have run full sys
check with antivirus used spybot s&d (reccomended by kim
kommando radio program) spybot finds hijacker removes the
file upon restart if i run spybot the hijacker is found
again, any and all assistance rectifying this problem
would be great please send any information to this e-mail
