I am trying to network two PCs (one on XP and one on ME)
using a router. My internet access is already being
shared no problem, but i cannot figure out how to share my
printers.

Did you install the printer on your other machine(s)? Even though it's
attached to one XP machine it needs to be "installed" on the other
machines.

1. open "Control Panel"
2. open "Printers and Faxes"
3. open "Add a printer"
4. Run the wizard to install your networked printer.

This process needs to happen on all networked machines that you want to
access the printer.


Also Drivers:


If you have the printer connected to the XP machine then you will need
to install the ME drivers for the printer on your XP machine as well as
the XP drivers. Right click on the printer and on the sharing tab there
is a selection for adding additional drivers for operating systems other
then XP.

Give that a try and let us know the results.
