Home networking problem

I have a wired network that will not allow computer "A" see files or share
printer with computer "B". However, this problem does not exists vice versa.
I did not make any changes to any settings. I did not have this issue before.
It says that I don not have adminstrator rights. I am the administrator,
please help.

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, or other security component. There are several
other possibilities too, and any might be the cause of your problem. Read this

Or we could look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all", from each computer,
and diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
