I have two pcs at home with a wireless router connected.
PC1 has XP Pro. PC2 has XP home.
I wanted to create a simple workgroup to be able to share
docs and a printer. The PCs can connect (Ping). I can
also view the shared folder on PC2 from PC1. I cannot
view PC1 from PC2. I get the following message: PC1 is
not accessible. you might not have permission to use the
network resource.......
The network path was not found.

Any tips appreciated.

Do you have a firewall or the guest account enabled on PC1 (XP Pro)? A
firewall will prevent you from accessing your resources, and the absence or
disabling of the guest account would also prevent that. Let me know if you
need more info, and if that worked for you.
